  • Several colors of soap powder

  • Carving or hobby knife
  • Paring knife
  • Small piece of soap
  • Jar
    Use glass or plastic jars with flat sides.
    Do not use a jar with an aluminum lid, since alkaline soap causes corrosion in aluminum parts.
  • Paper towel or tissue paper
  • Tweezers
  • Water
  • Toothpick

1. First, carve the piece of soap into a flat heart shape.

2. Pour the soap powder into the jar.

3. Gently shake the bottle sideways to flatten the powder.

4. Wipe the inside of the jar.

5. Push off the soap powder from the wall with a toothpick.

6. Wipe the inside of the jar again.

7. Apply a little water to the heart shaped soap.

8. Place the heart shaped soap in the front of the jar. Slightly press the soap to the wall to stick it more efficiently.

9. Flatten the first layer with a tootpick, then pour the second later of powdered the soap. Pour and align the soap alternately.

10. Flatten the surface with a toothpick and close the jar.

11. Powder in a jar decorated with soap heart is finished!
